The Resident Services Director Durham, NC is responsible for overseeing the quality delivery of resident services and supervising the resident assistant staff.

Resident Services Director Durham, NC Job Requirements:


The Resident Services Director Durham NC Candidate should have a NC RN or LPN nursing license in good standing as well as 5-7 years of experience in senior resident services. Experience in Staff supervision preferred, regulatory compliance experience a must, and knowledge of NC regulations a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organization and interpersonal skills are a must.
