Chestnut Hill, PA Gift/Floral Specialist Job Description

As a Gift/Floral Specialist with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers in order to create The Fresh Market environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for flowers. The Gift/Floral Specialist will actively engage and educate customers about The Fresh Market's variety of cut flowers, potted plants, and department products. The Gift/Floral Specialist will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with store employees and our customers. A respect for detail by the Gift/Floral Specialist will ensure that we remain focused on creating a wonderful experience for our customers. The Fresh Market Gift/Floral Specialist will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit our stores.
