Hendersonville, TN Candy/Coffee Specialist Job Description

As a Coffee/Candy Specialist with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers in order to create The Fresh Market environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The Coffee/Candy Specialist will actively engage and educate customers about The Fresh Market's variety of coffee, candy and specialty department products. The Coffee/Candy Specialist will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with store employees, and our customers. A respect for detail by the Coffee/Candy Specialist will ensure that we remain focused on creating a wonderful experience for our customers. The Fresh Market Coffee/Candy Specialist will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit our stores.
